WEDDING PACKAGES

Rental-only packages include rental of the facility with outdoor lawns, tables and chairs. Separate charges apply for additional items. You may choose your own vendor for decorations (columns, arches, candles, flowers, etc.) or you may choose from our list of preferred vendors.

This package includes:
• Indoor and outdoor facility rental
• Flower decorations of your choice
• Podium, arches, columns and candles
• Tables, chairs, linens, satin overlays and centerpieces

Additional options include:
• The bride and groom's head table can be featured on the stage.
• You may select a caterer from our preferred list; they will customize your menu, whether you want delicious American, Asian, Mediterranean or South East Asian food, all served by professional wait staff.
• We can set up a champagne fountain and chocolate fountain.
• Nonalcoholic beverages like tea, coffee and soda will be provided. If you wish to serve alcohol, we will arrange for a full bar and bartenders (the number of bartenders and security personnel are based on the number of guests).
• We can arrange for professional DJs, sound engineers and lighting technicians.  

Have you dreamt of a beautiful lakeside wedding? Let us help you make this a reality. A minimum four-hour rental applies for the gazebo; other set-up and cleaning fees apply.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Make your next corporate meeting a fun event for your whole team! Activities available include relay races, boating, canoeing, swimming, shooting skills practice and sack races. Play tennis on our tennis court or enjoy ping pong in our air-conditioned ranch house. We will arrange for catering of your choice, and our staff will manage the indoors and outdoors set-ups for your event.

We can handle all of your corporate events, including extended board meetings, product launches, half-day seminars or full-day conventions. Our facilities accommodate 60 to 500 people and can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner.

REUNIONS

Reunions help bring families, friends and classmates together for quality time. Our properties allow you the opportunity to enjoy everyone’s company away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Come and relax, play a game or two, enjoy a swim, have a cool drink, or just chat the evening away with your friends and family.

Host your next class reunion at our charming ranch and make it memorable! We will arrange a special package for you that includes your choice of catering, beverages and DJ.

SCHOOL EVENTS


We offer discounted rental fees for student retreats, non-profit organizations and military organizations and personnel. Enjoy our facilities and activities for children, like face painting, balloon twisting, pony rides, hay rides, and a petting zoo.

Young children can enjoy the bounce house with water rides. Older children can enjoy tennis on the tennis court and pool tables inside our air-conditioned ranch house. Schools will have to arrange a lifeguard if students want to use the swimming facility. Ping pong, cards and dominoes are also available in our air-conditioned ranch house.

Other activities include cash prizes for sack races, water balloon tosses, and hula hoop contests, all run by our staff. We can include catering in the package or you have the option of bringing your own food. 

WEEKEND GETAWAY

Indulge in ultimate relaxation at Texoma Ranch or Cedar Cove Ranch. Enjoy unlimited activities away from the hustle and bustle of the city, without having to go too far out of town.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Our banquet halls at FunAsiA Richardson and Gemstone Banquets are perfect for your indoor birthday celebrations. Our halls are available throughout the day and into the evening and late evening. Contact us for more details; we will put together a perfect package based on your needs and budget.

Texoma Ranch, also known as the Thakkar Family Ranch, and Cedar Cove Ranch are ideal places to celebrate your birthday outdoors. We provide you with all the amenities to make your birthday one of the most memorable for you, your family and friends.

You can avail lake side celebration with gazebo with additional charge for approximately 50-200 guests in attendance. We will arrange chairs for the guests.
You can rent our facility from minimum 4 hours with 2 additional hours for setup and 1 additional hour for departure.
